After all the turmoil that was outlined below, it appears Michael got the incompetents at PNC Mortgage to see their mistake.
My account now shows my next mortgage payment due on the correct date. We also received a later stating the late fee had been waived.
PNC was nice enough to send my a “Customer Satisfaction Survey” which I completed as honestly as possible. I had to give them 1′s because that was the lowest option available.
